Themes and Questions in Templatized survey

Dashboard Page

The templatized survey dashboard provides manager-level insights to help identify actionable concerns across functions based on predefined themes.

Note: Reports are not generated for surveys with fewer than 3 responses to ensure participant anonymity.

If any of the templatized surveys is used, you will also see the eSAT/eNPS/MRX scores, reflecting the overall sentiment of the organization.

The Report Overview displays tabular data from the custom survey, with all scores presented on a 1–10 scale.
