Templatized Survey Results

Templatized survey reports structure employee responses in an objective format to help HR teams identify emerging concerns. For example, a WFH Pulse Check survey can surface trends in employee well-being and highlight specific departments or managers where organizational health has dipped, enabling targeted action.

Survey Question Score Breakdown

PeopleCues’ templatized survey reports include the following sections:

  • Overall Satisfaction Score Reflects an aggregate score across all topics available only for templatized surveys.

  • Overall Sentiment Across Surveys Different templated surveys use specific metrics to assess overall employee sentiment:

    • Manager Effectiveness Survey: MRX Score

    • Quick Pulse Check: eNPS

    • WFH Pulse Check: eSAT

  • Question-wise Score Quantitative responses are collected using a 4-point Likert scale and later converted to a 1–10 scale in the report. Each column represents a question, and each row represents a manager or leader. HR can click into a manager’s row to view response patterns across their team.

  • Qualitative Responses Displays open-text responses by overall & department view, which is also readily available for download.
