Since we also freeze the comments which are passed over a week, we ensure the authenticity of comments is protected.

Invoke Admin/Leader when needed: Since HR and leaders have visibility of tracking managers' 1:1 metrics, invoke them if needed when your manager is not having regular 1:1s.
