CLO: Feedback Enhancer
Enhance feedback quality with CLO by identifying missing SBI elements and suggesting quick, structured improvements.
Step 1: Start Writing Feedback
Open the manager/peer/self review form and start filling out the review form or writing feedback as usual.
Step 2: CLO Welcomes You
When the form opens, CLO introduces itself with a brief, friendly message explaining the value of using SBI to structure your feedback.
Step 3: CLO Listens Silently as You Type
As you type, CLO enters a listening mode. There’s no interruption or pop-ups.
Step 4: CLO Flags Missing SBI Elements
Once you've finished typing your response, click the “Analyze Response” button below the textbox. This prompts CLO to scan your feedback for quality and completeness using the SBI framework.
CLO will then:
Only underline feedback contexts that are missing one or more SBI elements
Step 5: Hover to See Suggestions
Hover over any underlined text to open a nudge card. CLO shows:
Which SBI elements are missing (e.g., Situation or Impact)
A smart rewrite with placeholders to fill in
A one-click “Update Feedback” option
Step 6: Improve Feedback Instantly
Click “Update Feedback” to replace your original response with the improved version — or customize it further. It’s fast, efficient, and requires minimal effort.
Step 7: Track What Needs Attention
If you scroll past a question with unresolved SBI gaps, CLO shows a toast notification linking you back to the issue. Click it to revisit and revise easily.
Step 8: Review Before You Submit
At the end of the form, the submit button summarizes your feedback quality and shows:
A warning that shows the number of instances where SBI is still lacking
Option to “View Suggestions” before submission
