Calibration Notes

Capture the feedback from the committee discussion so that managers can incorporate the same in their reportee's form and their feedback conversation.

This feature enables committee members to collaboratively jot down notes during the calibration process. These insights can then be incorporated into the feedback and ratings provided by the manager.

Why are calibration notes needed?

1. Calibration Notes allow all committee members to contribute their feedback during the calibration process, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation.

2. They also enable organizations to conduct asynchronous calibrations, saving significant time.

Accessing Calibration Notes

Click on Talent Card and then click on View Form to find the Calibration Notes button where the committee can collaborate and add their feedback.
