How to Access AI Summary for Reviews

AI Summaries can be accessed in three primary locations

1. Manager Review (Performance Review Form)

Managers can view AI-generated summaries while writing or submitting their direct reports' feedback.

• The AI Summaries appear in the Manager Resources tab.

• Self, AR, and overall insights summaries are available based on visibility settings.

• Insights will be available after the self submission or peer submission deadline as applicable.

1. Calibration Table (During Calibration Discussions)

Manager, HRBP, admin and leaders can view a condensed version of AI summaries directly in the calibration manage table.

• Click on the three dot menu next to an employee's name in the calibration table on the calibration page.

• Click on the AI Summary button.

• Clicking expands the full summary panel on the right.

• Quick view of self, AR, manager summaries, and key insights.

• Insights will be available after the self submission, peer submission or manager submission deadline as applicable.

1. View Form (Full Feedback View)

   Manager, HRBP, admin and leaders can view the complete feedback form of an employee and see AI summaries.

   • Hover on an employee's name in the calibration table on the calibration page.

   • A view form button will appear on the right end of the row

   • Clicking on the View form button will redirect to the employee's performance review form where the AI summary will be visible.
