Approve Objectives of reportees
To approve/reject objectives of reportees for the review cycle:
Step 1: Go to the Reviews section from the main dashboard menu and click on the Open Review option to access the reportee's selection of objectives.

Step 2: In the My Directs tab, click on the Objective Selection section. Click on View and Approve against the reportee's name to see their selection of objectives for the review cycle.

Step 3: You will be able to approve the request or make changes to the objective selection for the reportee.
Click on the Approve Request button to finish.

The following modifications are possible regarding objectives.
Add more objectives from the unselected list by clicking “Add to Review.”
Remove an objective from the review by clicking the “x” icon next to it. (This only unselects the objective from the review; it will not be deleted.)
Edit weightages by clicking the edit icon in the weightage field.
View objective details by clicking on the objective.
Create a new objective by selecting “Create New.”
