Business Alignment
Business Alignment helps streamline efforts across the organization so everyone works toward shared business priorities.
For example, a fast-growing organization may prioritize user growth over immediate revenue. In this case, objectives can be aligned to “Growth”, ensuring teams and individuals focus on driving user acquisition rather than short-term revenue goals.
How Business Alignment Helps
Define alignment categories based on their strategic priorities (such as Growth, Revenue, Customer Experience, or Operational Excellence)
Ensure objectives across teams are consistently aligned to the same business focus
Maintain clarity on why an objective exists and what it supports
By using Business Alignment, leadership gains visibility into how work across the organization contributes to key business outcomes.
