Teams
The Teams field allows you to associate an objective with one or more teams or pods. This helps group objectives correctly and ensures the right teams can easily discover, align to, and track relevant goals.
Linking teams to an objective improves visibility, ownership clarity, and reporting.
Adding teams helps you:
Align objectives with the right teams or pods
Improve visibility of objectives within team views
Enable team-level tracking and reporting
Support better alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals
Important Notes
Adding a team does not assign ownership of the objective. Ownership remains with the designated Owner.
Team members still need to be added as Contributors to work on Key Results.
An objective can be linked to multiple teams if it spans across functions.
