Title & Description

Title

The Title defines what the objective is about. It should be clear, concise, and outcome-focused so anyone can quickly understand the goal at a glance.

Best practices for writing a title:

  • Keep it short and specific

  • Focus on the outcome, not the task

  • Use action-oriented language

Examples:

  • Improve customer retention in Q3.

  • Increase product adoption among mid-market customers.

  • Reduce onboarding time for new hires to 4 weeks.
