Calculate the progress on objective by specifying the start and the target values.

A metric is a measurable indicator used to track progress and evaluate the organization’s performance.

Example: If the objective for the quarter is to expand client onboarding from 10 cities to 100 cities in India, the key metric would be “Number of Cities.”

The system automatically calculates progress based on the start value and target value.

Components of a Metric

• Metric Name: A clear name that reflects the objective and what is being measured (e.g., “Number of Cities”).

• Start Value: The current figure at the beginning of the objective.

• Target Value: The desired figure you aim to achieve.
