Milestones
Large goals are easier to achieve when they are broken down into smaller, measurable steps. Milestones help you track progress more accurately and stay aligned throughout the objective’s lifecycle.
OKRs are often ambitious stretch goals, and progress may not always be linear. By adding milestones, you can monitor incremental progress and quickly identify whether you’re on track to reach your final target.
With the Objectives module, you can break down quarterly, half-yearly, or annual objectives into multiple milestones tied to your success metric, so progress is always visible and actionable.

Set monthly or phase-based targets for growth, sales, or operations objectives

Monitor progress on long-term objectives without waiting until the end
How to Add Milestones
Open the objective or OKR you want to update.
Below the objective description, locate the start and target values of the success metric.
Click + Milestones next to the metric.
For each milestone:
Select a due date
Enter the expected metric value
Click Save Milestones to apply your changes.
Visualizing Your Progress
The progress graph updates automatically to show real-time performance against your milestones.
Upcoming milestones appear below the graph as reminders, helping you stay focused and on track.
