Objective Visibility
Objective Visibility controls who can view an objective within the organization. Choose the visibility level based on how widely the objective should be shared.
There are three visibility options, each with its own customization settings.
1. Public
Who can see it:
Everyone in the organization
Customization:
Include Non-OKR Users
When enabled (via Module Access Settings), employees who do not actively use the OKR module can also view the objective.
Best used when:
The objective is company-wide or meant to be fully transparent.

2. Protected
Who can see it:
You (the owner)
Your line managers
Last assigner
Parent owner
Customizations:
Provide visibility to Goals Administrators and HRBPs
Provide visibility to Contributors
These options allow you to fine-tune access while keeping the objective restricted.
Best used when:
The objective is sensitive but still requires oversight or collaboration.

3. Custom
Who can see it:
You (the owner)
Selected members (chosen by you)
Last assigner
Parent owner
Your manager is not included in Custom visibility by default. This means the objective will not be visible to your manager during performance reviews unless they are explicitly added.
Best used when:
The objective is confidential or relevant only to a specific group.
