Owner & Contributors
The Owner is the person accountable for the success of an objective. While contributors may support execution, the owner is ultimately responsible for tracking progress and ensuring the objective is achieved.
By default, the owner of an objective is set to the current user. However, objectives can be assigned to anyone in the organization using the owner dropdown.
The assigned owner has the option to accept or decline the objective. To learn more about how to accept or reject an assigned objective, click here.
Each objective can have only one Owner.

Contributors are employees who work on the Key Results (KRs) that support an objective. They help execute specific outcomes that drive the objective forward but are not responsible for the objective as a whole.
Note: The Admin must enable the “Add Contributors” option before users can proceed.
How to Add Contributors
In the Create Business Objective window, click Add Contributors.
Select the employees you want to add.
Use filters such as Department, Sub-Department, or Designation to find contributors quickly.
Click Done to save your changes.
