Contributors

Employees working together to achieve an objective in the org.

Contributors are the employees who work together to achieve the defined objective in the org.

Contributors can:

  1. Edit the objective

  2. Check-in the progress on the objective

  3. Define metrics for the objective

  4. Assign weightage

  5. Add tags.

The admin needs to enable the option to add contributors before users can proceed.

To add contributors:

Step 1: Click on Add Contributors button in the Create Business Objective window to begin.

Step 2: Select contributors to add to the objective. You can use Filters like Department, Sub Department, Designation, etc. to add contributors with ease.

Click on Done button in the bottom to finish.
