Contributors

Contributors are employees who collaborate to achieve a defined business objective.

Contributors can:

  • Edit the objective

  • Define metrics for the objective

  • Assign weightage

  • Add tags

Note: The Admin must enable the “Add Contributors” option before users can proceed.

How to Add Contributors:

  1. In the Create Business Objective window, click Add Contributors.

  1. Select the employees you want to add. Use filters such as Department, Sub-Department, or Designation to find contributors easily.

  2. Click Done at the bottom to finish.

Select contributors to add to the objective.
