Scheduling Your 1:1s on PeopleCues

  • When the users land on the dashboard, they will see a tabular view of their manager and direct reports.

  • Click the “Schedule” button to begin setting up a 1:1.

  • On first use, PeopleCues will request read-only access to your Google Calendar.

  • After authorization, PeopleCues fetches existing calendar invites between you and the other person and displays them in a list.

  • If no events are found, create a new calendar invite manually. Then click “Refresh” to pull the updated list of events.

  • Select the most relevant invite and click “Track” to link it with PeopleCues.

  • If the wrong invite was tracked, email [email protected] or raise a support ticket for correction.

1:1 Agenda and Follow-ups

  • 1 day before the scheduled 1:1, users receive a reminder email to add agenda items.

  • After the 1:1, a follow-up email prompts users to document closing notes and future action items.
