Scheduling a 1:1

Schedule your 1:1s

  1. When the user lands on the dashboard they can see their managers and DRs in tabular format

  2. Users can start by clicking on the schedule button to start adding their 1:1 to the tool

  3. Upon the first click, PeopleCues asks for permission to their G calendar. We only request read access to the calendar.

  4. After accepting authorization, PeopleCues read the most applicable events between two users and shows them in a list format to be selected from.

  5. If there are no events found, navigate to your calendar and create an invite. Post creating an invite, click on refresh and we’ll fetch the newly minted events from your calendar.

  6. Select the most applicable invite from the list and click β€˜Track’. PeopleCues will now track that invite

  7. If you tracked an incorrect invite, please get in touch with us at cs@xto10x.com or raise a ticket and we’ll remove that event from your PeopleCues profile.

Writing Agenda and action items

  1. A day before the 1:1 meeting, users will receive a reminder email notification to write their agenda items to be discussed in the 1:1 meeting.

  2. Post the 1:1 meeting, users will receive an email notification to write their closing notes and any future action items.
