Highlights

The Highlights section in Deep Dive surfaces employee cohorts and segments with the greatest scope for improvement, helping you quickly identify where targeted action is needed.

Highlights section in the deep-dive report.

For example, if you want to identify segments with low eNPS, the Highlights section provides a focused view, unlike the broader overview shown in the eNPS distribution graph.

It ranks demographic segments with the lowest eNPS compared to the org average and includes key details such as:

  • eNPS score of the segment

  • Difference from org eNPS

  • Survey participation rate

  • Org-level score for context

In the image above, the female employee segment is scoring 7 points lower than the overall org eNPS, indicating a clear area for focused intervention.

Categories of highlights

The Highlights section lets you explore segments that significantly differ from the overall org score. You can toggle between two views:

Low Scores Displays segments scoring below the org eNPS and org score.

Use this to identify top-impact segments pulling down your overall score. To access: Select 'Low scores' from the top-right corner of the Highlights section.

Highlights with lowest scoring demographic data points.

High Scores Displays segments scoring above the org eNPS and overall org score.

Use this to identify strengths and positively contributing segments. To access: Select 'High scores' from the top-right corner of the Highlights section.

Two sections of highlights

  1. Category

  • Shows demographic segments with high or low eNPS scores, based on your selected sorting (High Scores or Low Scores).

  • For each segment, you’ll see:

    • Demographic label (e.g., Department, Gender)

    • Response count vs. total headcount in that segment

    • Segment eNPS score vs. org average

  1. Other Questions Category

  • Displays segments with high or low scores on all non-eNPS survey questions.

  • Each row includes:

    • The question text (center column)

    • The score for the selected demographic segment

    • The comparison with the overall org score

Filters

The Highlights section includes two powerful filters to help you narrow down the most relevant segments:

  1. Delta

    • Filters segments based on the difference (delta) between the segment’s score and the overall org score.

    • Helps you focus on segments with the most significant deviation.

  2. Segment Size %

    • Filters segments based on their size as a percentage of the total organization.

    • For example, you can choose to view only segments that represent more than 25% of your org, ensuring your insights are based on statistically significant groups.
