Visibility controls
As an admin, you can configure the default visibility settings for both company objectives and independent business objectives. This ensures that sensitive goals are shared with the right people while maintaining transparency where needed.
Available Visibility Options
1. Public Objectives are visible to everyone across the organization.
You can also choose to include or exclude Non-OKR users from viewing public objectives.
2. Protected Objectives are visible only to the employee’s manager, line managers, and objective contributors.
3. Custom Define a specific group of users who will have visibility into the objectives.
Include Goals Admini and HRBPs in Protected Objectives
Toggle this setting to mandatorily grant visibility to Goals Administrators and HRBPs for all newly created protected objectives.
