System Rating

The System Rating is one of the key differentiators that enriches the PeopleCues review cycle. It minimizes biases that may arise during subjective evaluations by generating a fair, data-driven rating based on configured weightages.

Note: System Rating cannot be used as the final rating. Instead, it acts as a reference point for the Manager, Performance Administrator, and Calibration Committee to validate whether the manager’s final rating is fair.

How System Rating Works

Configuration Modes

  1. Overall Organization Weightage (Default)

    • A single, uniform weightage structure is applied across the entire organization.

    • Admins can manually adjust section and persona weightages, but these settings remain consistent org-wide.

  2. Customize Weightage

    • Allows more granular configuration where weightages can vary by role, level, or department.

    • Admins can still manually adjust section and persona weightages, but with flexibility tailored to different groups.

System Rating Weightages

  • Section Weightage

    • Assign weightages to each review section (e.g., Objectives, Competencies, Open Questions).

    • Determines how much each section contributes to the overall system rating.

    • Admins can manually adjust these values.

  • Persona Weightage

    • Assign weightages to inputs from different reviewers (Manager, Self, Additional Reviewer).

    • Balances the influence of each persona in the system rating.

    • Admins can manually adjust these values.
