Edit eNPS survey template
Guidance on how to edit the survey questions
Note: We recommend not to change a lot in the recommended template as we share theme-wise benchmarks as compared to other organisations. Changing a lot of questions will not give you the right benchmarks.
Steps to edit the eNPS survey template:
Open this link to view the PeopleCues recommended eNPS survey template
Click on the File button and click Make a copy option from the dropdown
Update existing question: If you want to edit any existing question, put the new question text in the Edited Question column
Remove existing question: Remove the row from the sheet
Make sure you don't remove eNPS & MRX questions from the sheet. These two questions are mandatory in our survey
eNPS question: On a scale of 0-10, how likely would you be to recommend your organization as a great place to work?
MRX question: On a scale of 0-10, how likely would you be to recommend your manager to your friends?
Add new question: At the end of the sheet, add a new row for adding new questions. You will have to provide the following details:
Question column: Put it in the questions columns
Edited Question column: No need to put anything here
Section column: Put one of the below values in the section column based on the relevance of the question with a particular section:
Manager Effectiveness
Leaders & Team Effectiveness
Org Processes
Career and Development
People Practices
Pride & Well-being
Greektempleblock column: We have a Greek temple framework to diagnose organisation health and we will assign one of the below themes for the new question:
Managers, Teams, Collaboration, Alignment, Leaders, Decision Making, Communication, Innovation, Impact, Career Development, Performance & Rewards, Policies, Hiring & Assimilation, Org Principles
Questiontype column: We support 2 types for any new questions: Likert or Open text. Based on the question, put one of these types in your sheet
shorttext column: This is an alternative text to make the insights & analysis easier on the tool. Generally, a question contains at least 6-7 words and showing the full length of the question in the analysis will hamper the experience. We recommend putting 2-3 words for that particular question in the short text column. Sharing an example below:
QuestionShort textMy manager has regular 1:1 conversations with me
1-1's with Manager
mandatory column: Put true or false in the mandatory columns.
Likert questions are mandatory on the tool as we run an attribution algorithm to identify the top drivers of employee sentiment for your organisation
Once you have created the sheet, please share the sheet link with us at support-cues@xto10x.com. Our team will upload this and respond to you in 2 working days.
