Declaring survey results

The process for declaring survey results is:

  • eNPS survey: Once the survey is closed, People excellence team at xto10x analyses the results & qualitative feedback for the debrief with the HR team & founders. Post the debrief, they share the report with enagagement administrator and they receive an email for the shared report.

  • Other survey types: Once the survey is closed, the PeopleCues tool analyses the survey. Once the analysis concludes, all the engagement administrators receive an email intimating that the report has been generated.

Sharing Survey Report

Once the survey concludes, its report can be accessed and Engagement Administrator can publish the reports to the L1 leaders. 1 leaders will get access to view their org report.

The survey report is accessible in 2 ways:

  • Survey Management dashboard -> Share Report -> Select Managers.

  • Survey Management dashboard -> View Report button -> Share report in top right corner
