How do I set up a Lifecycle Survey for my org?

The following steps will outline how can you set up Continuous Surveys for your org.

  1. Contact the xto10x team to initiate the setup process

  2. Set up your questionnaires and touchpoints. Our team will share the recommended questionnaire template, please feel free to make a copy of this and modify the questions or options per your needs. Note: eNPS question cannot be modified and is mandatory, however, all other questions are customizable. Please try to maintain the structure of the template.

  3. Share this questionnaire with us

  4. We may reach out to you in case we need to clarify some doubts on this questionnaire

  5. With a short TAT, your touchpoints will be live on your PeopleCues instance

What Next?

  • Employees who are eligible for the respective Touchpoints will receive a survey launch email in their inbox and a Slack notification (if integrated)

  • PeopleCues will periodically send reminders to eligible employees who have yet to provide their responses

  • Admins can view participation across different Touchpoints and manually nudge employees via the Participation tab in Continuous Surveys

  • Super Admins and Engagement Admins can view the responses of employees as they start pouring in on the Reports tab in Continuous Surveys
