eNPS survey is crucial to measure an organisation's health. It helps measure scores and benchmarks against the start-up ecosystem in your org's domain.
Note: Please make sure the hierarchy is correct and functions are assigned to all the L1 leaders. If not, then the tool won't allow creating a survey.
Step 1: Go to the Surveys tab and click on the Create Surveys button.
Note: Create Survey button would only be enabled for the subscription clients. For non-subscription clients, please contact us at support-10xpeople@xto10x.com.
Step 2: Under the Org Surveys category, click on the xto10x enps Survey template to begin your eNPS survey creation journey.
Here is the link to view the PeopleCues recommended eNPS template.
Note: We recommend using the PeopleCues recommended template as we share thematic benchmarks. At the same time, we also understand there are nuances in every organisation and they would like to customise based on their context. Read more on how to edit the template.
Step 3: Select the audience for the survey. There are two options available:
All Employees: All users who are invited to the tool will participate in the survey
Upload a custom set of users: Upload your custom user list with other demographic information who should receive the survey. This option is used when you don't want to send the survey to new joiners or people who are in the notice period.
Ensure that the org structure is correct before moving forward. Click on the Next Step button to continue.
Note: You cannot add or remove questions from the eNPS survey template. In case of any requests, reach out to the xto10x team.
Step 4: View the questions enlisted for the eNPS survey and click on the Next Step button at the bottom to continue.
Step 5: Give a unique name to your eNPS survey to differentiate it from the rest. Specify the start and end date and time for the survey to move to the next stage.
Step 6: Preview the details and hit Schedule.
