To-dos for Goals
A guide to when tasks are created for goals.
1. Assigned Objectives
When an objective is assigned to a user, a to-do titled 'Respond to the new objective added by {user name}' is automatically generated. The user can choose to accept or decline it.

2. Assigned Action Items
Similarly, when someone assigns you an action item, a to-do titled '{user name} assigned a task to you for an objective' is created.

3. Check-in Update Reminders
To-dos are generated to remind you to update your objectives based on the admin-defined cadence, which could be weekly, monthly, or on a set date. The task is titled 'Check-in for x of your objectives that are due'.

4. Direct Report's Objectives
If the manager approval flow is enabled, managers will also receive a to-do to approve or reject their direct reports' objectives.
