Lifecycle Surveys consist of multiple parameters that are listed as follows.
Touchpoint - a trigger event that the company needs feedback on from the employee. Eg: An employee completes their first 30 days in your organisation, consequently a 30-day touchpoint survey gets triggered to the employee to solicit their feedback on the first 30 days in the new company. Following are the themes that we cover in different touchpoints:
Survey Duration - currently the duration of any lifecycle survey rolled out to employees is 7 days within which they need to provide their responses.
Survey Reminders - employees are reminded to complete the survey every Tuesday and Thursday. Engagement Admins can also manually trigger the reminders from the product, as needed.
Questions - HR teams can ask as many questions as needed for any touchpoint. However, we recommend keeping the questionnaires short owing to the higher frequency of administering these surveys to employees.
Question types - Lifecycle Surveys support the following question types.
Range - scale of 0-10, such as our flagship eNPS question
4-point Likert - scale ranges from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree
Y/N - yes or no choices
Multiple choice - custom options can be given for each question
Open text - to get qualitative feedback from people
