Follow-up Survey Result

Helps offer an overview of the progress in the org after implementing corrective measures.

A follow-up survey report highlights the survey scores and more significantly, it shows a needle movement comparison with the previous eNPS survey score.

Follow-up survey report breakdown

  1. Report overview The follow-up survey report overview displays the needle movement comparison of the eNPS scores for the selected departments in the org with reference to the previously conducted survey. You can also sort the score view to highest improvement in eNPS or lowest improvement in eNPS by clicking on the arrows against Names and eNPS in the score table.

  2. Question-wise score The second section in the follow-up survey report is based on the questions selected for the survey. All the quantitative questions asked in the survey are on a 4-point Likert scale, which is later converted into a 1-10 response scale score in the final report. The report allows you to examine scores for each of the particulars, where each column represents a question and each row represents the department for whom the survey is conducted.

  3. Qualitative questions The qualitative response sheet carries the responses for all the qualitative questions asked in the survey. These responses are on overall and department-wise categories, which are downloadable.
