How Clo handles anonymity?

The cornerstone of Clo's success is its robust anonymity logic. We understand the importance of anonymity when sharing feedback, concerns, or thoughts. Our objective is to create an environment where employees can speak freely, while also ensuring the feedback is routed to the most relevant HR professional to make it actionable.

Sharing Anonymously and Non-Anonymously

When providing feedback, users have the choice to share it either anonymously or non-anonymously.

If users choose the non-anonymous route, their feedback along with their identity will be received by their designated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

In cases where anonymity is selected, the feedback is still delivered to the relevant HRBP to make it as actionable as possible, but without the identity of the employee.

Clo's Anonymity Logic

The unique feature of Clo's anonymity logic is how it handles feedback for HRBPs with fewer than 3 reportees. We understand that in such scenarios, maintaining the anonymity of the employee might be a challenge. Therefore, to ensure privacy, any anonymous feedback from such a group is routed directly to the HR leaders for assessment and appropriate action.

Clo is designed to foster a culture of transparency, open communication, and trust in your organization. Its robust anonymity logic guarantees that employees can express their thoughts freely and anonymously while ensuring their feedback reaches the right ears.
