Upload Error Resolution

1. Manager missing / not invited to the tool

If the manager’s email is missing, not part of the platform, or not included in the user upload sheet, you will see one of the two errors below.

To resolve this: Add the manager as a separate employee in the bulk upload sheet to complete the reporting hierarchy.

2. Duplicate Entries

If duplicate entries are found, please remove the duplicates and keep only one valid record.

Please note that the platform uses the user email ID as the unique identity.

3. Data Warnings

If any data is missing from the provided list, it will be highlighted in a yellow box. Unlike errors, these warnings will not prevent you from uploading the user data.
