Admins will be able to invite users using:

  1. Using Email: Manually add and invite employees one at a time.

  2. Upload Excel File: Bulk invite users by uploading an Excel sheet.

  3. HRMS Integration: Sync your HRMS to automatically update users on the platform (Highly Recommended).

Method 1: Add by email

The invite by email feature allows admins to invite users using their email addresses.

To invite users by email:

  1. Go to Settings from the left panel to access the Members tab under Platform Settings.

  2. Click on Invite New Member

  3. Click on Invite by Email

  4. Enter the Name, Employee Email, and Manager Email to invite the user

  5. Enter the optional fields to enhance the user data on the tool.

  6. Click Send invitation

If the user being onboarded is the Founder. Select the check box "Mark as Founder".

Method 2: Bulk invite users using an Excel file

Bulk Upload allows admins to onboard multiple users at once using an Excel file.

  1. Go to Settings from the left panel to access the Members tab under Platform Settings.

  2. Click on Invite New Member

  3. Download the template

  4. Prepare the Excel file template to be uploaded

  5. Click the Upload Excel file button on the same page to bulk upload user data.
