Who can access my chats with Clo?
At Clo, we take data privacy and confidentiality extremely seriously. This page explains Clo's robust Privacy Policy, designed to keep your communication secure and private.
The access to feedback shared by employees via Clo is strictly limited. Only the respective Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and HR leaders can view and assess the feedback.
HRBPs
HRBPs serve as the primary recipients of the feedback, whether it is shared anonymously or non-anonymously. They are responsible for assessing the feedback, identifying actionable points, and driving necessary changes to improve the work environment.
HR Leaders
HR leaders are the secondary recipients. They receive feedback in cases where:

An HRBP has fewer than three reportees to ensure anonymity
They also have a comprehensive view of all feedbacks to identify organization-wide trends and issues.
Who cannot access the feedback?
No other employee, manager, or individual outside of the designated HRBP and HR leaders can access the feedback shared via Clo.
Clo's Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy ensures the utmost confidentiality of the data shared through Clo. We do not allow any unauthorized access or sharing of feedback. In addition to that, we do not share any identifiable metadata associated with the feedback with the HR teams. This strong data protection policy ensures that user identities are strictly protected, even when the feedback is shared anonymously.
