Other Templatized Surveys

PeopleCues tool offers various templatized surveys for you to quickly check the org health through different parameters. The list of templatized surveys available on the tool include:

  • WFH pulse check It is a pulse check to gauge the org's response to work-from-home culture, which assesses any hiccups induced due to the changes in the work environment.

  • Quick pulse check survey It is a survey to understand employees' understanding of org's objectives, decision making, impact and innovation.

  • Manager effectiveness survey It is a survey to assess the effectiveness of managers in the org and their work relationship with their reportees.

  • Covid response pulse check It is a quick pulse check on the org's response to covid-induced changes in the work structure.

Creating a templatized survey

Note: Please ensure the hierarchy is correct and functions are assigned to all the L1 leaders. If not, then the tool won't allow creating a survey.

Step 1: Go to Surveys tab and click on Create Surveys in the Survey Management dashboard.

Step 2: Under the Org Surveys category, find and select the relevant template that you want to roll out.

Step 3: Select the Create survey option in the pop-up if the org-hierarchy is correct.

Step 4: Select the audience, add/remove questions, add the name, select start, & end date. Preview the details and hit Schedule.
