There are two ways in which you can offer feedback to peers:
Responding to feedback requests
Feedback tool allows you to directly provide descriptive or templatized feedback, anonymously or non-anonymously, to an employee in the org.
Feedback can be given seamlessly by following the given steps:
Click on Give Feedback button from the top navigation bar in Feedback.
Select the employee whom you want to offer feedback by typing in the recipient's name or select multiple users by clicking on the avatar on the right of the text field.
From Give Feedback on, choose the tag you want to anchor your feedback on - Objectives, Values, Competencies.
Add the relevant tags from the pop-up list.
Note: Choosing a tag for your feedback is not mandatory, however, it is encouraged in order to capture richer insights for the recipient.
5. Select a saved template or directly provide your feedback in the text field under Your feedback.
6. Additional Settings allows you to choose who can view the feedback, i.e. Manager and/or Employee; and modify anonymity settings.
Feedback can easily be given to a group of users who collaborated on a project, are a part of a team, or performed synonymously.
When selecting Who do you want to give feedback to, you can quickly add multiple users by inputting their names in the text field or by clicking on the avatar on the right of the text field.
Note: Objectives, Competencies or Values can only be selected for individual feedbacks.
Employees can also request feedback from their peers for personal growth in an org. Requesting feedback option allows employees on all levels to get their performance assessed.
The 10xGoal tool will inform the user every time they have been requested to give feedback to their peers. You can view the feedback notification through two steps:
1. Feedback requested tab: Feedback requests are also visible in the Feedback requested tab on the Feedback page.
A feedback request offers you the option to either decline or give feedback. It also bears the last date to submit the feedback.
2. Feedback email request: Users are also notified about feedback requests through email notifications. The email offers information like who has requested feedback, for which employee and a link to redirect you to the feedback page.
Step 1: To respond to a feedback request click on 'Give feedback' option in the request box as displayed in the above image.
Step 2: Upon being redirected to the detailed feedback request window, you will be requested to answer a few questions based on the template and feedback points selected by the user.
Step 3: Once you have answered all the questions, click on 'Submit' option on the bottom right corner to submit the feedback.
