Overall feedback on performance
Question: How do you feel about your overall performance in your role?
Question: Are there any areas where you feel you are excelling or need improvement?
Convey what are the expectations from them and how are they performing on that.
Any positive/constructive feedback that has been received from others (peers, upwards, stakeholders) on their performance.
Growth in the role
Provide feedback on whatβs working well and what they can improve on in order to grow into their role.
Help them understand the qualities they need to showcase to progress to the next level.
Provide resources and mentorship on the skills they need to develop or improve on for their transition to the next level.
Growth plan (IDP)
How are you progressing on your growth plan? Is there any support required to help you achieve your goals?
What projects would you like to work on or be more involved in?
What other roles do you find interesting? What skills do those roles require that you would like to work on?
