  2. According to major studies on great culture building, we saw that 1:1s serve a great time to build personal relationships, have tough conversations and generally helps users talk about growth in their careers

  3. This will also serve as great documentation when writing performance reviews to have context all working in a term and as well as avoid recency bias

  4. We are empowering a few users (mostly HR persona) (admins) to be the drivers of instilling this culture in an organization by giving them metrics to track if 1:1s are happening between users in a particular time period.
