Admin dashboard

1. Admins can navigate to the 'Manage Org Status' button on the 1:1 landing page and can view the 1:1 metrics dashboard of the organization.

2. The dashboard gives an overview of the 1:1 activity of all the managers within the organization. The bucketed format helps understand which managers are falling behind in their 1:1 interactions so they can be nudged to start/restart it.

The dashboard is flexible and can support other data requests if need be. Please reach out at [e-mail] or raise a ticket via the product.
