Admins can improve Feedback experiences for their employees by configuring additional settings which allow anchoring feedback to tangible elements, making recipients mandatory and soliciting anonymous feedback.
Feedback can be anchored on 3 types of elements - Objectives, Competencies and Values, and can easily be activated or deactivated by the respective toggles.
Objectives - anchors feedback on OKRs assigned to the feedback recipient.
Competencies - anchors feedback on competencies defined by admin.
Values - anchor feedback on organisation values defined by admin.
Admins can select if certain members in the org should mandatorily receive completed feedbacks:
Manager - selecting this toggle makes the employee's manager a mandatory recipient of the completed feedback, i.e. any feedback completed for an employee will be visible to their manager by default, if the Manager is toggled to on.
Employee - selecting this toggle makes the employee a mandatory recipient of the completed feedback, i.e. any feedback completed for the employee will be visible to the employee by default, if the Employee is toggled to on.
Requestor - selecting this toggle makes the Requestor a mandatory recipient of the completed feedback, i.e. any feedback completed for the employee will be visible to the requestor by default, if the Requestor is toggled to on.
Admins can enable or disable anonymity when soliciting feedback via the toggle on the right.
This setting determines if users can give and/or request anonymous feedback for themselves and other employees.
