Talent card

A Talent Card provides a comprehensive portfolio of an employee, including recent ratings and comments from their manager. It enables line managers, HRBPs, and performance administrators to make informed decisions regarding promotions, final ratings, and other appraisal outcomes. Talent cards are especially useful for calibration committees during appraisal cycles.

Features of an Employee Talent Card

  • Final Rating and Manager Comments: Summarizes the employee’s final rating and overall feedback from the current review cycle.

  • View Form Access: Allows access to detailed inputs from the manager, self, and peers for the current cycle.

  • Rating Discussion: Documents any discrepancies between the manager’s rating and the skip manager’s evaluation, including whether the rating was accepted or rejected.

  • Employee Historical Performance Graph: Visualizes performance trends across previous review cycles, showing the employee’s career and performance progression. (Refer Fig 1)
