Calibration Notes

Calibration Notes allow committee members to collaboratively record key points during post-review calibration discussions. These insights can then be integrated into the manager’s feedback and ratings, ensuring no valuable input is lost.

Why are Calibration Notes Needed?

  • Traditional calibration often requires merging multiple spreadsheets to fit a bell curve and identify top/bottom performers.

  • Managers, HRBPs, or admins often jot down feedback during calibration meetings, but these notes can get lost or fragmented.

  • Promotion processes are complicated by inconsistent promotion files across managers.

How Calibration Notes Help

  • Provide a centralized and seamless note-taking experience for all committee members.

  • Ensure that calibration insights directly feed into final ratings and promotion decisions.

  • Enable admins to conduct calibrations asynchronously, without needing every member to be present at the same time.
