Calibration Sets

Calibration Sets allow you to group employees at the same level and within the same team so they can be calibrated together by a designated committee. For example, all SDE1s can be calibrated in one set, while all Product Managers can be calibrated in another. This ensures consistency and fairness across similar roles.

Creating a Calibration Set

1. Open the relevant review cycle.

2. Click the + Calibration Set button.

3. Enter the name of the Calibration Set.

4. Add the employees who need to be calibrated.

5. Add the committee members who will participate in the calibration.

6. Click Save Changes to finalize.

Viewing a Calibration Set

1. Go to the Calibration Sets section.

2. Click on View Calibration Sets.

3. Select the desired Calibration Set from the list to open and review its details.
