Performance analysis graph

Performance analysis graphs help managers assess an employee’s performance within their team and across other departments.

Graphs

Managers can get a visual representation of the ratings received by the number of employees reporting to them through 3 kinds of graphs:

  1. Bar Graph: Provides a quick visual overview of performance evaluations for the employees reporting to a manager.

  1. Line Graph: Shows trends and changes in performance values over time, helping track improvement or decline.

  1. Bell Curve: Highlights top performers and low performers, useful for identifying outliers and making calibration decisions.

Using Filters for Performance Analytics Graph

The Calibration & Analytics tool allows managers to compare and analyze performance data using filters.

Steps to Use Filters:

  1. Click the Filter button at the top of the performance analytics graph to access detailed settings.

    • You can also adjust the graph view by Department or by a particular Rating received by employees.

  1. Select filters such as Designation, City, Department, etc., depending on the comparative analysis you want to perform.

Select the desired filters to view the required comparative review rating results.

Comparative Performance Analytics

PeopleCues enables managers to compare and analyze employee performance across various parameters such as department, demographics, and more.

Using comparative performance analytics, managers can identify patterns or potential biases in ratings, helping ensure a fair and objective appraisal process.
