Fill Self Review

A self-review is a crucial part of the performance cycle. It allows employees to reflect on their accomplishments, challenges, and areas for improvement, fostering self-awareness. It also paves the way for two-way communication between employees and managers, ensuring feedback is balanced, transparent, and collaborative.

Note: Depending on the process defined by your company, you may be required to complete reviews under one or more of the following categories: Objectives, Competencies, and Open Questions.

Steps for Filling Self Reviews

  1. Click on the relevant category tab - Objectives, Competency, or Open Questions that you want to review.

  2. Review the category details, including associated metrics and specifications.

  3. Fill in your review by providing a rating and a comment (as applicable). You can format your text and add links if required.

  4. Click on Analyse Response to apply the SBI framework, and update your comment based on the recommendations provided.

  5. Repeat the process for each category.
