Additional Reviewer Nomination

PeopleCues allows self-reviewers to nominate Additional Reviewer to participate in the review cycle. These peers provide feedback that helps managers evaluate an employee’s performance more accurately and holistically.

Note: The Additional Reviewer nomination option is only available if the Performance Administrator has enabled it for the review cycle.

How to Nominate Additional Reviewer:

  1. Go to the Reviews section and click Open Review for the live review cycle.

Click on Open Review option against the review for which you want to approve the objectives.
  1. In the Nominate Additional Reviewer section, click Add Additional Reviewer.

  1. Select Additional Reviewer from the organization:

  • Browse the list of employees available.

  • You can also use filters such as Team and Department to narrow your search.

  1. Click Confirm Nomination(s) at the bottom of the pop-up window to confirm your selection.

Best Practices for Additional Reviewer Nomination:

  • Nominate Additional Reviewer you have worked with extensively, ensuring they can provide meaningful feedback.

  • Choose Additional Reviewer who can give you developmental feedback to support your growth.

  • Prioritize professional relationships and feedback opportunities over personal relationships.

  • Aim for a balanced mix of Additional Reviewer across teams and departments for well-rounded feedback.

Note: Any additional reviewers you nominate may need to be approved by your manager, depending on the settings defined by the Performance Administrator.
