Talent Card
A Talent Card provides a complete snapshot of an employee’s performance, consolidating their ratings, feedback, history, and key insights in one place. It helps Line Managers, HRBPs, Performance Administrators, and Calibration Committees make informed decisions on final ratings, promotions, and other appraisal outcomes.
Key Features of an Employee Talent Card
Final Rating & Manager Comments Shows the employee’s final rating for the current cycle along with the manager’s overall comments and feedback.
View Form Access Enables you to open the full review form to see detailed inputs from the employee, their manager, peers, and other evaluators.
Rating Discussion Captures any differences between the manager’s rating and the skip manager’s evaluation, along with whether the final rating was accepted or revised.
Employee Historical Performance Graph Displays a visual trend of the employee’s performance across past review cycles to help assess progression over time. (Refer Fig 1)
MRX Details Shows the employee’s MRX score trends and theme-based scores received for the current manager. (Refer Fig 2)


How to View an Employee’s Talent Card
Step 1: Go to the Calibration tab on the Ongoing Review page. Hover over the employee’s name and click the Talent Card icon.

Step 2: The Talent Card will open and display complete performance details, historical data, and insights.
To update the employee’s final rating or promotion status, click Edit Final Rating or Promotion Status.
To view the full review form with complete inputs, click View Form.
