Performance Analysis Graphs
Performance analysis graphs provide a visual and data-driven way for all stakeholders, including Performance Admins, Managers, Skip Managers, Line Managers, HRBPs, and Calibration Committee Members to assess employee performance across teams, functions, and the wider organization. These insights support fair, accurate, and well-calibrated evaluation decisions.
Graphs
Users can access three types of visualizations to understand rating distribution, performance trends, and outliers:
Bar Graph: Shows the distribution of employees across rating categories. This gives a clear view of how performance levels spread within a team, department or function.

Line Graph: Provides a quick snapshot of how employees are spread across different rating categories.

Bell Curve: Illustrates the overall distribution of performance ratings, highlighting top performers, average performers, and low performers. This is especially useful during calibration to spot outliers and sometimes even force fit the final ratings.
