Calibration & AI Summary

AI Summaries can be accessed in two primary locations during calibrations.

Calibration Table

Managers, HRBPs, Admins, and Leaders can view a condensed version of AI Summaries directly in the Calibration Manage Table.

• Steps to Access:

  1. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to an employee’s name in the calibration table.

  2. Select AI Summary.

  3. A full summary panel expands on the right.

• Quick view of Self, Additional Reviewer, and Manager summaries, along with key insights, are available

• Insights are available after the self submission, peer submission & manager submission deadline, as applicable.

1. View Form

Managers, HRBPs, Admins, and Leaders can view the complete feedback form of an employee, including AI Summaries.

• Steps to Access:

  1. Hover over an employee’s name in the Calibration Table.

  2. A View Form button will appear on the right end of the row.

  3. Click the View Form button to open the employee’s full Performance Review Form, where the AI Summary will be visible.
