OKR Userboard
The OKR Userboard provides user-wise visibility into OKRs, helping OKR champions, managers, and team leads track adoption, engagement, and progress from a single dashboard.
Uses the Userboard
Spot Risks Early: Quickly identify users whose OKRs are lagging or need attention.
Assess Engagement: Get an at-a-glance view of individual ownership and OKR participation.
Prioritize: follow-up with users who have many unaccepted or unchecked objectives. Use the progress and status insights to guide coaching, alignment conversations, and reviews.
What You See on the Userboard
For each user, the dashboard displays:
Total OKRs Owned: Number of objectives assigned to the user.
OKRs Awaiting Acceptance: Objectives that the user has not yet accepted.
Objectives Without Recent Updates: OKRs that have not received a check-in in the last 15 days.
Average Progress: Overall progress across all objectives owned by the user.
Status Breakdown: Distribution of OKRs by status - Not Started, On Track, Off Track, Dropped, Achieved, and Not Achieved.
Pending manager approval: Number of objectives not yet approved by the manager (if enabled).
Filters, Search & Export Options
Userboard includes multiple tools to help you analyze data efficiently:
Department Filter: Use the dropdown on the top-left corner to view the Userboard for a specific department.
Search by Name: Use the search bar next to the Name column to quickly find specific individuals.
Additional Filters Available:
Pending objective creation
Pending owner acceptance
Pending manager approval
Not checked-in since 15 days
Export Option: Download an Excel export of the current Userboard view for offline analysis or reporting.
Drill Down: Click on any metric or number to view the underlying list of objectives.
Sending Reminders from Userboard
Goals Administrators can also use the Userboard to proactively nudge users and keep OKRs on track by sending reminders with a custom message.
When Can Reminders Be Sent?
Reminders can be sent to users who have:
Objectives Awaiting Acceptance – Objectives assigned but not yet accepted by the owner.
Objectives Not Checked In (15 Days) – Objectives that haven’t received a recent update.
Pending Objective Creation – Users who are yet to create their assigned objectives.
Last updated
