The OKR Change Log provides a complete export of all changes made to objectives within the OKR module. It serves as a system audit trail, helping admins and leaders track what changed, when it changed, and who made the change.

What the Report Captures

The report records all key updates made to objectives, including:

• Objective Deleted

• Objective Title

• Add Metric

• Objective Due Date

• Update Metric

• Delete Metric

• Update Milestone

• Add Milestone

Columns Included in the Report

• Change Type – Type of update made to the objective

• Changed At – Date and time when the change was made

• OKR – The objective or OKR where the change occurred

• User – Person who made the change

• Old Value – Previous value before the change

• New Value – Updated value after the change

The OKR Change Log can be exported for audits, reviews, and governance, ensuring full transparency across the OKR lifecycle.
