The Summary View gives you a quick snapshot of how your OKRs are progressing and where attention is needed. It brings together the most important OKR insights into one easy-to-understand view across My Objectives, My Directs, and All Objectives.

Why Use Smart Summary?

• One-Glance Overview: See the overall health and progress of your OKRs in a single view.

• Color-Coded Status Indicators:

  • Red: OKRs are falling behind and need immediate attention.

  • Amber: OKRs are at risk and may need corrective action.

  • Green: OKRs are on track and progressing well.

• Actionable Insights: Click on any section to drill down into the related objectives and take action.

Which OKRs Are Included in My Smart Summary?

All parent objectives, along with their complete Key Result trees, are included in the summary view.

How Should I Read the Smart Summary in the All Objectives Tab?

• Demographic View: Switch to the graphical toggle to see OKR performance by department, team, location, or other demographics.

• Company Objectives Toggle ON: Shows a summary of only company-level objectives.

• Company Objectives Toggle OFF: Shows a summary of all OKRs in the organization, including objectives not aligned to company goals.
