KPI Board

The KPI Board provides a centralized view to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization. It pulls data directly from OKRs that are marked as KPIs and have active check-ins.

How to Track KPIs

To track a metric on the KPI Board:

  1. Add the KPI tag to the objective or goal.

  2. Ensure check-ins are added to the metric.

Note: KPIs appear on the board only after at least one check-in is recorded.

What You’ll See on the KPI Board

Each KPI is displayed with the following details:

  • KPI – Name of the KPI

  • Target – Target value defined for the metric

  • Owner – Owner of the KPI

  • Check-in Date – Most recent check-in date

  • Max of Metric Value – Highest recorded metric value from check-ins
