• Feedback: Give and request continuous, real-time feedback from anyone in the organization.

• Reviews: Create and manage your performance review cycles.

• Surveys: Measure workforce sentiment with thoughtfully crafted survey templates or custom surveys.

• AMA: Engage with teams through Ask Me Anything.

• Growth: Define and track individual development plans for continuous learning and career progression.

• 1:1: Facilitate structured manager-employee conversations for feedback, progress, and goal alignment.

• Settings: Invite users and configure PeopleCues to fit your specific requirements.
